If you’ve aspirations to enter engineering, technology or science but are lacking the qualifications you need to start a degree, this conversion course is ideal for gaining a broad understanding of engineering-related subjects.

During your Foundation year, you will complete subject modules and project work, learning practical techniques and study skills. Modules typically include engineering projects, drawings, electronic engineering, plus maths and physics.

On successful completion of the year, you will transfer to one of Brunel’s degree programmes. You will have had a taste of several disciplines so you will be confident that you are choosing a course you will enjoy.

You can register for four, five or even six years in total, depending upon whether you choose a BEng or MEng degree, and whether you take the full-time or sandwich mode*.
